Yes. The Little Wolf Party Hire holds $20 million public liability insurance, suitable for our soft play operations, Candy Cart and related hire activities. All hires, including inflatables, are subject to our Agreement to Hire, which outlines safety requirements and responsibilities.

Delivery, setup and pack down are priced based on your event location and access requirements. Travel or access fees may apply and will be confirmed with you prior to booking.

Yes. Bundle discounts may be available when multiple items or services are hired together. Discount eligibility depends on availability, location and the items selected, and will be confirmed in your quote.

Yes. We take care of delivery, setup and pack down, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without the stress.

For all outdoor bookings, we strongly recommend having a suitable indoor backup location, as weather conditions can change unexpectedly.If weather is deemed unsafe (including high winds, rain, extreme heat or hazardous surfaces), setup may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, rescheduling will be prioritised in line with our Terms & Conditions.

To ensure we can continue providing the premium service we're known for, bookings requiring extended travel are subject to minimum hire values.

• 30–40 km from our Moorebank warehouse: Minimum hire value of $750

• Over 40 km from our Moorebank warehouse: Minimum hire value of $1,000

Minimum hire values apply to hire items only and exclude delivery fees, after-hours fees and the refundable security bond.
